Slotted screen

The liner is the same as the all-welded stainless steel wire-wound screen, which is used for sand control in sand control wells or for sand control together with gravel packing. It has the advantages of axial tensile strength, high deformation resistance, convenient transportation and operation, not easy to malfunction, high operation success rate and low comprehensive cost. Currently used slotted liners can be divided into longitudinal and transverse slotted liners, and the cross-sectional shape of the slotted slot can be divided into parallel slotted slot and trapezoidal slotted slot. The liner is widely used in medium and coarse sandstone reservoirs and horizontal wells.

Performance characteristics:

1. It is not limited by the borehole size and has good bending resistance

2. Convenient for post-processing as a filling screen

4. The tubing slit has poor torsion resistance and is easy to twist and break in the post-processing

6. Pipe length (single root): ≤15m
